Trailer For ‘Marvel’s Spider-Man’ Video Game Illustrates The Importance Of The Character

Insomniac Games has given Spider-Man fans something to look forward to with their upcoming title, Marvel’s Spider-Man.

2018 is looking to be the year of the spider, as moviegoers will see the web crawler decked out in a new suit in Avengers: Infinity War. The Animated film Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse will also introduce Miles Morales in his role as Spider-Man of Earth-1610 in stunning animated visuals.

Insomniac and the Sony PlayStation Youtube Channel have published a video, detailing the subtleties of Peter Parker as a character. The creative team talk at length about their longstanding fandom of Spidey and the importance of his human dilemmas woven into each comicbook.

One such dilemma includes Parker’s attempts to have a real life with Mary Jane Watson and his Aunt May after putting Wilson Fisk (King Pin) behind bars. However, numerous wrenches are thrown into the works when criminal activities spring up all over New York.

The game will include Spider-Man wrestling with a moral question of putting a man in jail. Martin Li is publicly perceived as a generous soul and owns a charitable organization of which Aunt May has donated her time. Much to his dismay, Peter Parker discovers Li’s true identity as the horrid Mister Negative and reluctantly has to confront him, despite all of the good he’s done.
