One Major MCU Hero/Villain Wants To Be A Part Of The ‘Black Widow’ Solo Film

With everyone’s eyes focused so intently towards April 27th, it’s almost easy to forget that we’re getting close to the end of Phase Three of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After Avengers: Infinity War on the 27th we have Ant-Man and the Wasp on July 6th, Captain Marvel due up on March 6th of next year, and then Avengers 4 closing out Phase Three on May 3rd, 2019.

Now that we’re in the home stretch of the third phase, it’s not too early to start talking about Phase Four. We already know we’re going to be seeing a Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, with James Gunn back at the helm. The sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming is also on the horizon, and word is that Tom Holland’s character is going to be one of the heroes leading the charge for the future of the MCU. Spider-Man 2 is looking to kick things off in July of 2019, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is slated for a release sometime in 2020.

Another film that’s been discussed is a solo film for Black Widow. We’ve seen her in Iron Man films, we’ve seen her as part of the team in the Avengers films, and she’s been prominent in the last two Captain America films, but now… Now it’s going to be her time to shine, and the Winter Soldier definitely wants to come along for the ride.
