New Line Of ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Toy Bios May Reveal Character Motivations

With just under two months until the release of Avengers: Infinity War, fans are now chock full of teasers and sneak peeks to make the anticipation last all the way to opening night. After all, this culmination has been a long time coming!

As the release date comes closer, the vast array of partnering merchandise is starting to release, as well.

Just this week, Toys R Us released character bios for the line of action figures that will be releasing in partnership with Infinity War. The line features six characters consisting of Thor, Spider-Man, the Hulk, Captain America, Black Widow, and of course, Thanos.

Although we know a general amount about the plot for Infinity War, there’s still a lot to be speculated. Anything can be a clue, this close to opening night, even something as simple as a mere character blurb on an action figure.

The above picture of Spider-Man confirms further that he will indeed be using the “Iron Spider” suit in the film. This isn’t a particularly huge revelation, but some of the other bio’s give us a little bit of insight into the motivations of some of the other Avengers since we last saw them in Captain America: Civil War. With characters like Spider-Man and Thor, we’ve had some time to catch up with them, with their recent standalone films.

Characters like Black Widow and Cap, however, we haven’t seen in a while. These character bios happen to serve as a bit of a recap on what we’ve missed since we’ve seen them last, and also some new information on the Mad Titan himself, Thanos.
