Although Brianna Hildebrand’s portrayal of Negasonic Teenage Warhead in the Deadpool movies is far different than the character in the comicbooks, her version has instantly become a fan favorite on screen. Her attitude, style, and ability to go blow for blow with the Merc with a Mouth make her a star, all superpowers aside.
But now Hildebrand’s Negasonic likeness has transferred over to the pages of a new comicbook simply titled Deadpool #1. It features Wade Wilson basically setting the mercenary back to his factory settings after having his memory wiped, but leaving all of the purest elements of what we love about him intact.
Negasonic Teenage Warhead makes an appearance on a few pages, looking just like she appears in both Deadpool 1 and 2. Although it isn’t exactly explained how they’ve gotten to work with one another, you get the impression that Negasonic Teenage Warhead is setting up some of the big shots for Deadpool to knock down and cash in on.
Basically, she deals with the clients on the back end of an assassination, and Deadpool is the guy who does the killing. A match made in heaven, right?
