One of the best things about Marvel Comicbook characters is that the stories and characters transcend age and location. Audiences of all ages, from all over the world can connect with the stories and characters like Spider-Man, Captain America, and Iron Man.
This weekend, for kids in the UNC Children’s Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC, they got a chance to connect with their favorite Marvel superheroes in person.
During the national tour of Marvel Universe Live, some of the actors came to visit the sick patients to brighten their day. Many of the young patients could not attend the show because of their illnesses, so they were especially happy to see Spider-Man.
