Did The Russo Brothers Reveal Chris Evan’s ‘New Identity’ In Infinity War?

Chris Evan’s has had an amazing run as Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The “First Avenger” has served as a solid leader and iconic example a role model for what a hero should be. But after the events of Civil War, many things changed for the character, ensuring that things could never go back to the way that they were before.




Steve Rogers went through many changes in Civil War that made him reconsider his place in the world, and ultimately he ended up leaving behind the stars and stripes as well as his shield.





Many fans began to speculate as to what this meant for Chris Evans’ character moving forward into Avengers: Infinity War. The common theory is that Evans would no longer be Captain America. In fact, in a symbolic way, the events of Civil War caused the “death” of Cap, and the birth of Nomad.
