After all of the mayhem that went down in Avengers: Infinity War leaving half of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a pile of dust, there needs to be some vengeance. With one snap of his giant purple fingers, Thanos was able to change the entire landscape of the MCU, killing off characters that we’ve grown to love over the years like most of the Guardians of the Galaxy, Bucky Barnes, and Falcon, as well as newcomers like Black Panther.
So with only the core members of the Avengers left to take a stand and make things right, many have been scouring the digital home release of the film for clues that may lead to Thanos’ ultimate defeat in Avengers 4, and there are a few breadcrumbs that could lead to something promising. The King would later forge the weapon Stormbreaker for Thor with the help of the Asgardian, Rocket Racoon, and Groot.
What was especially interesting about Eitri’s workshop, however, is that there appears to be another Infinity Gauntlet hanging out on the table. Perhaps an older prototype? This could be the key to destroying the Mad Titan and even reversing the effects of the finger snap, that is if they can find all of the Infinity Stones and someone powerful enough to wield it. This may be where Captain Marvel comes in…
