In the world of comicbooks, there are many ways one becomes a superhero. Some are born special, their gifts handed down from their parents. Others have some sort of mutation, both natural and unnatural, that grants them otherworldly powers. Some create to give them the powers to fight evil.
In the real world, at least in Hollywood, becoming a superhero takes a lot of hard work both working on your craft and sculpting your frame in the gym. One of the latest to undergo the shift from actor to superhero is none other than Oscar-winner Brie Larson.
Learning The Skills
For those who don’t know, Ms. Larson will be playing Captain Marvel in her stand-alone film, due in theaters March 6th, 2019. Already known for her acting prowess, Brie has been stepping up her strength in the gym while working on Captain Marvel.
Like many of us, it doesn’t look like the gym is one of her favorite places to be, but if you don’t put in the hard work, you won’t get the results. Even though she may not be too happy about being there, at least she has a sense of humor about it.
