It’s no mystery that Marvel fans are more than hyped over next week’s theatrical release of Black Panther. The film’s projected U.S. earnings have risen since its red-carpet premiere to a near record-breaking $150 million. If the anticipation continues at this current pace, then Black Panther can surpass Deadpool’s $152 million that it took in during its Presidents Day opening in 2016.
For fans to deck themselves out during the opening, Hasbro is offering moviegoers a chance to don King T’Challa’s Vibranium helmet, with lights that simulate the glow of the rare metallic ore. The headwear also comes with flip-up eye lenses and retails for $99.99. This Black Panther helmet was revealed on Yahoo!.
Hasbro has also recently unveiled their Black Panther action figure line, featuring customizable toys based on the designs of Black Panther/T’Challa as well as Erik Killmonger and Nakia. The “Marvel Legends” line from Hasbro has also included figures from other MCU films such as Spider-Man: Homecoming and Thor: Ragnarok.
Black Panther will be hitting theaters on February 16, 2018.
