Amazing ‘Avengers 4’ Fan Poster, And Brie Larson Makes Big ‘Captain Marvel’ Announcement!

Now that Ant-Man and the Wasp is officially out in the world, the next film that Marvel has their sights set on is Captain Marvel. Brie Larson is up to bat as the most powerful hero we’ve seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to date, and we absolutely cannot wait to see how she delivers as Carol Danvers.

With that, we’ll get a look into the past in the hero’s stand-alone film, which is set to take place in the ’90s with some support from characters who have since died in the later continuity of the MCU, like Ronan the Accuser and S.H.I.E.L.D agent Phil Coulson. Even Nick Fury is set to play a part and will be “de-aged” to look younger, which includes losing the eye patch!

Bringing Captain Marvel into the MCU is no small deal. Her powers may be enough to really help the core group of the Avengers take the fight to Thanos and hopefully right the wrongs that were initiated after the Mad Titan snapped his big purple fingers with the Infinity Gauntlet. There are still so many questions left, and it’s possible that Captain Marvel will be pivotal in answering them. In any case, exciting news came from Brie Larson’s Twitter account. Check it out below!

That’s right, filming is officially over for the title character of Captain Marvel, which puts the team one step closer to showing us the final product. After that, we only have to wait just under two months for the launch of the Avengers 4 film, which we are all on the edge of our seats for after the events of Infinity War. After all, who doesn’t want to see Captain Marvel take the fight to Thanos? An artist known as BossLogic on Twitter definitely feels that way and showed it off in a fan poster that he shared on his official handle.

With art this good, it’s really going to put the pressure on Marvel’s team to top it! Be on the lookout for more breadcrumbs as they surface. It’s looking like 2019 is going to be amazing for the MCU!

SHARE with your friends on Facebook, and be on the lookout for Captain Marvel hitting theaters on March 8th of next year!
